The
Antiques Dealers Association of California, founded in 1924, is
an association of knowledgeable dealers pledged to integrity and
fair dealing in the buying and selling of antiques.
It is our commitment to represent honestly the authenticity, provenance, and condition of the merchandise we offer for sale. Our association adheres to a strict code of ethics; therefore, it is our policy that all sales invoices issued by association members will describe the article sold, its date of origin, its maker (if known), and its condition, noting significant restoration. In our continued commitment to promote the antiques trade, The Antiques Dealers Association of California is the founder and organizer of the annual Los Angeles Antiques Show at the Barker Hangar, Santa Monica Air Center the first week of May every year. The Antiques Show benefits P.S, Arts, non-profit organization dedicated to restoring arts education in public schools by providing comprehensive, skills based, sequential classes in dance, music, theater and visual arts in some of the most underserved neighborhoods in California. With over 60 international dealers, the Los Angeles Antiques Show has quickly gained national recognition and prestige. |
